Private Sessions
Sound & Vibrational Therapy Session
In this restorative 75-minute private session, you will relax on a specialized massage table where Himalayan singing bowls are placed around your body for total sound immersion. The singing bowls are played both on and off your body, so you’ll feel their physical vibrations as well as hear their soothing sounds and harmonics. The sensation of the bowls vibrating on your body has been described as “a massage with sound.”
The primary focus of this session is the clearing and restorative vibrational therapy of the bowls being played all over your body on your chest/torso, hips, and legs (front and back of body).
Tuning forks, gongs, and other various instruments may also be used in these sessions.
Reiki & Sound Therapy Session
In this relaxing 75-minute private session, you will rest on a massage table and experience the powerful combination of Reiki, Himalayan singing bowls, and tuning forks all working together.
Reiki (also sometimes referred to as Healing Touch, Conscious Touch, or Touch Therapy) is a form of energy work that uses light touch on various points on the body to support relaxation, energy balancing, and stress reduction to improve overall health and well-being.
The primary focus of this session is the relaxation and energy balancing therapy of the Reiki touch, tuning forks, and singing bowls (usually limited to chest/torso region, front of body only).
Dreamwork Session
In this dreamy 60-minute private session, you'll relax comfortably on a chaise lounge as we take a deep dive into all your questions about dreams, such as how to remember your dreams, how your lifestyle or health conditions may be affecting your dream life, information about sleep stages, nightmares, and night paralysis, how to work with recurring dreams, creative ideas for working with your dreams, and lucid dreaming techniques for nightmare support, creative exploration, or personal/spiritual development. (Just to name a few topics! There is so much more!)
We may also explore specific dreams that you’d like to better understand using the somatic Embodied Experiential Dreamwork method or various techniques using creative/active imagination.
Custom/Bespoke Integrated Session
This highly specialized 90-minute session starts with an intake review followed by an intuitively crafted combination of Sound Therapy, Reiki, Dreamwork, and/or Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation based on your needs and goals. You will relax on a massage table, memory foam mattress, and/or chaise lounge. At the end of the session, we'll have time to debrief and discuss your experience in order to integrate any significant insights or information received during your treatment.
Sessions for Duets/Couples
Sound Bath for Duets/Couples
This extra special 75-minute session is for any couple or party of 2 who would like to experience Sound Therapy together in the form of an immersive Sound Bath. You and your loved one will rest comfortably on side-by-side massage tables or memory foam mattresses.
This session incorporates Himalayan singing bowls being played both on and off the the body, as well as various instruments such as gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, bells, and more. Prepare to be spirited away on a magical sound journey experience!
“What Should I Wear, and Do I Need to Bring Anything?”
Please wear comfortable clothing free of metal, zippers, or large buttons. Since your core body temperature may cool down as you lay and rest for an extended period of time, you may wish to dress in layers and bring some cozy socks.
Our sound healing studio is fully equipped with cozy blankets and supportive accessories (pillows, bolsters, etc.). You may wish to bring an eye mask or eye pillow if you have one. If not, we will have one available for you to use, or you can purchase one of the lovely lavender-flaxseed eye pillows that we have for sale.
