SOUND THERAPY + REIKI ENERGY HEALING SESSION (75 minutes)
This session combines the power of sound & vibrational therapy and Reiki. You will relax on a massage table where Himalayan singing bowls are placed around your body for total sound immersion. The singing bowls are played both on and off your body, so you’ll feel their physical vibrations as well as hear their soothing sounds and harmonics. Tuning forks, gongs, chimes, drums, and other various instruments will also contribute to the therapeutic vibrational soundscape.
Reiki energy healing is a form of energy work that uses light touch (or no touch) on various points on the body to support relaxation, energy balancing, and stress reduction to improve overall health and well-being. Reiki is weaved in seamlessly throughout the session to complement the sound therapy.
Each session will be catered to your specific needs, for example, for clearing and restoration, for relaxation and energy balancing, for rest and rejuvenation, or for chronic pain or grief support.
